Why We Started Bacaro
In 2020, we saw a fundamental disconnect in the AI industry. Enterprise AI platforms were built for Fortune 500 operations—requiring massive budgets, dedicated IT teams, and multi-year transformation roadmaps. Meanwhile, consumer AI tools offered simplicity but lacked the sophistication needed for complex business operations.

Prior to Bacaro, John held leadership roles at Bacaro Partners, ProCARE Portal, and Helia Care, where he helped companies achieve profitable growth through strategic application of technology and data. His expertise spans supply chain management, financial consulting, and leadership development, with a particular focus on growing companies.
